Balance and Focus

SORRY COURSE IS FULL

As we get older, we know that balance is key to maintaining mobility, but preventing falls is more than practicing the one foot pose or doing yoga. Come and learn about breathing, mental focus and balance from a teacher who learned the gentle, fluid movements found in Tai Chi as a child.
Learn simple exercises and routines that let you shift your weight while maintaining your focus and balance. Lower your risk of falls and sharpen your mind.
