LEADER: Denise Winger

Denise has that rare hospitality DNA—the instinctive understanding that we truly eat with our eyes first. Her background in Food and Nutrition Management provides a solid scientific foundation, but it’s her flair for marketing and plating where the real magic comes alive. Her transition from the technical side of nutrition to the theatrics of food marketing is a smart and natural evolution.
