“I have been a doodler all my life, often to the annoyance of my teachers and professors. Despite having no formal visual art training, throughout my career I have found myself called upon again and again to produce caricatures, posters, editorial cartoons, stained glass window designs, set designs, and book illustrations. I am known locally as the originator of Stratford’s Garbage Can Decorating Competition (2011 -2019) and the decorator of a series of Stratford Summer Music’s “Play Me- I’m Yours” pianos (2012, 2015 and 2017). My illustrations for my Tidesville Trilogy adventure novels generated wide interest during their Stratford Public Library six-week showing in 2024”.
