Course leaders- Sharon Grehan & Wynn Howe
Friday mornings 930-1130 starting October 2, 2026
5 weeks
This fun and supportive five-week improv course is designed for older adults who want to laugh, loosen up, andenjoy the pleasure of creating together. No theatre or improv experience is needed, and there is no pressure to be funny or get anything “right.” Through gentle games and simple scene exercises, participants will explore the basics of improvisation, including “yes, and,” listening, storytelling, character, emotion, and building on each other’s ideas. The focus is on play, confidence, connection, and the joy of creating in the moment.
