This is an interactive study group, ideally suited for participants interested in psychology, sociology and human dynamics. It is not a therapy group, and participants will be encouraged to only share personal information to aid in discussion.

Week 1: Understanding what makes a healthy family tick!

Week 2: Focusing on learning skills and strategies that can assist in improving written communications.

Week 3: Managing difficult conversations

Week 4: How and when to move on from difficult relationships?

Week 5: Moving towards successful family

ABOUT LOUISE

Louise Vandenbosch is a retired registered social worker and mediator who worked with families in a variety of settings for over 40 years. She has worked in the areas of adult mental health, children’s mental health, adult and children’s developmental services, system navigation of services, community social work, and alternative dispute resolution. Louise has worked alongside public health, children’s aid societies and other community agencies and has a solid and nuanced understanding of the challenges facing families across the generational spectrum.
